Refund policy

The Vitamin Shoppe Puerto Rico accepts eligible returns of non-clearance merchandise within thirty (30) days of purchase.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, merchandise must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

Clearance merchandise is considered final sale and is not eligible for return.

Eligible online purchases must be returned in person to the Guaynabo store.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly after pickup or delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and assist you.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment whenever applicable.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been authorized, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor to post the refund to your account.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, flavor, size, or product, please contact us so we can help determine the best available option.
