Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, delivery partners, weather, address errors, customer unavailability, events outside our control, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery, pickup, and availability commitments are subject to product availability, payment approval, verification, operating hours, geographic limitations, inventory discrepancies, weather, public emergencies, carrier or delivery-partner performance, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customer remedies for delayed, missing, damaged, substituted, or unavailable items will be handled according to our posted policies and applicable Puerto Rico and federal law.
