One of the most clear-cut ways to support healthy eyes as you age is to ensure your nutrition is on point. Lutein is a carotenoid found in leafy green vegetables, egg yolk, and marigold flowers. It's also concentrated in your eyes' macula, which is the portion of the retina responsible for central vision. If leafy greens and eggs don't exactly whet your appetite, The Vitamin Shoppe® brand Lutein softgels contain 6mg of this important carotenoid per serving to promote healthy eyes and vision.
Directions
Take one (1) softgel daily, preferably with a meal.
