Directions
Mix four (4) scoops (320g) of Prime Mass with 24 oz water in a blender, or use milk for a creamier and more nutrient dense shake. Blend for 45-60 seconds before adding ice cubes and any additional ingredients. Blend for another 30-45 seconds for a delicious shake. First time users may want to start off with two scoops in 12 oz of water and then increase to four or more scoops throughout the day.
