Directions
Shake well before every use. As a dietary supplement, first time users should start by taking 1/2 serving (1 tbsp) of EVP AQ for their first new training sessions in order to find their own personal tolerance before proceeding to an additional serving. Mix 1/2 serving (1 tbsp) with 12-18 fl. oz. of cold water or beverage of choice 20-30 minutes before training. Advanced users can mix 1 serving (2 tbsp) with 22-32 fl. Oz. of cold water or beverage of choice. Do not exceed 1 serving (2 TBSP) withing a 24 hour period. During your workout and throughout the day. It is recommended that you drink plenty of water.
